2nd Annual Battle of the Generations

Why have this program? To understand the differences in generations of women leaders and leverage common ground and learnings to improve the development of women's leadership in organizations.

Because this conflict gets in the way of women achieving their goals and aspirations.  You can almost feel the anger that some senior women feel towards younger women - Why don't they step up?

You can also see the yawns on the faces of some younger women as they listen to the tales of struggles -That's so old to me

The Solution? As Stephen Covey wrote, Seek to understand before being understood

This is a program focused on highlighting the differences and commonalities between the generation so that we can develop strategies and tools to make all generations of women leaders successful.  This is achieved by women self-empowering themselves to push through the barriers that hold others back.

We do not dwell on or complain about problems - we seek solutions. We meet in candid peer group & individual coaching sessions to provide the support, guidance, reassurance and commitment to help each person move forward.

It can be isolating as a woman who is looking to achieve her goals and aspirations - but it doesn't have to be.  CEO Women's Club - a group pf women CEOs, business owners, entrepreneurs and executives focused on achieving business and professional growth.
